2 simple illustrations required

Hi,
Im starting a business that builds and installs garden rooms.

I need 2 simple illustrations to use in my website.

The first illustration is to show how our footings work (we use plastic posts concreted in to the ground to support the garden room).

The second illustration is to show the components of the walls.

Please see the two illustrations that I have found online that are similar to what I need.

The footing diagram can be VERY similar to the one attached.

The wall diagram will have slightly different components ( I will send a sketch of exactly what components are used).

£80 is my maximum budget for these.
