15 basic cartoon illustrations.

I am wondering if you can help me.

I am the best man at my brothers wedding. The wedding is 12/7/14.

I have written a speech and want to accompany it with 15 illustrations which I show on a big screen...flicking through them as I read the speech.
The illustrations can be simple, as long as they depict what I am saying at that point. The illustrations in a cartoon style.

Is this something you would be able to help me with and if so at what approximate cost?
