Design details: I need an icon creating 1024 x 1024 based on the attached image iconpro.png
The only difference between iconpro.png and the new icon is I require the balloon to be replaced by a faceshot of Justin Beiber (images supplied)
The original Photoshop PSD file (iconpro.psd) will be supplied
