QUICK PNG to SVG CONVERSION - 8 ICONS

I'm looking for somebody to quickly convert the 8 icons in the dropbox link below to true SVG's.

There needs to be no padding around the image and the background needs to be transparent with the icon being white.

These need to be true SVGs and not PNGs wrapped in a SVG file type. I've been using an online converter with much success but for some reason, the white icons just don't work.
