Zoho CRM Set Up And Integration

I need a designer who specialises in Zoho CRM

I hope you are well.

I am considering moving over to Zoho CRM from Pipedrive and am looking for someone with the knowledge to help me set up to maximise my businesses potential.

What I need Zoho to do

- Have a robust B2B pipeline for the sales team to use
- Have a robust B2C Pipeline that integrates with our websites to keep track of orders
- Have a robust process to organise our associate workforce (sub contractors)
- Include reporting for our online coaching - I want to create a leaderboard function utilising the Zoho apps that captures analyses customer performance on our programme through a form or survey that can be accessed straight away by customers to see where they are compared to others - a leaderboard like you would get on a video game after the game is over
- Including monthly performance reporting which takes the same data as above but puts caps on the performance measures so that we can report monthly performance
- Include a quarterly report to online members that includes their peak height velocity score (a calculation of standing height, sitting height, weight and age)

Firstly I would like to know whether Zoho can achieve this and how long would you estimate it would take to set up?
