Youtube Banner & Thumbnails

Design details: open to be creative with.
Target audience: Vlogging
Banner content: Channel Name, Links ect.
Ideas for the visual style: Simple but elegant.
Preferred colors: White & Gold

Extra notes: So, Looking for a one off design of a Youtube Banner and then somebody who can create me a thumbnail for each video I make.

Youtube Banner must fit well on all devices so PC/Phone/TV.

Only requirement is I need someone who is fast to respond and create so for example if I'm uploading a video I'll message you telling you and needs to be done within the hour if possible. (Obviously if out or something then I understand).

£2 per thumbnail so could end up making £20 a week if I'm active in making videos.
