WordPress website need help

hi, I need someone to set up my WordPress website. I've already bought a theme "RT theme 9” see link :

when I uploaded the theme to my website the structure was uploaded but the content was not there. I then went to the preview link above to copy the source code but when uploaded it was mis-aligned.

please provide fixed price to get my website looking and working exactly like the preview site.

I can then provide my content and pictures to personalise the website.
