Word File 30 Pages - need professional formatting and layout for handbook

Hi There,

We are managing a small portfolio of independant and budget hotels, and are continually updating improving staff handbook which will be used to train management staff and serve as a guide to refer to.

I need someone to do a design overhaul, to make this look like a handbook and format neatly and easier on the eye, e.g. a way to present quotes and diagrams better along with use of colour theme. If a format or structure can be done then we can easily amend and add sections to it.

Again- I don't require written material - just more of a structure/format to continue expanding the rest of the guide with.
