Word Document compliant with all versions

Design details: I have a word document attached below that I need to be made compliant with all versions of Word on both PC (Windows) and MAC (OSX), you need to prove this to me.

embedded in the .doc are html links - these need to work as well.

Ideally I'd like to edit the document as and when required for future versions -
I work with Mac OSX in Word ver14.

Also -

I need a .PDF version - including all html links as well, this again must be compliant with all versions of PDF readers, proof of this is required, in both Windows and Mac OSX.

Please ask any questions and provide a rough time estimation for completion or work.
