Wine list TEMPLATE

Hello, I need a wine list template. I think this is best done in excel, but some design too. as long as it is easy for me to fill out EG;

White House

1. I fill in wine name
I fill in a little about the wine and region sometimes 3 lines PRICE

2. Wine name
Little about the wine PRICE

3. etc

For a nice clear number, font batang or something trendy and clear font size 14

Field one larger fort 18 - White House Wine
font 14 for the rest
Field for number
Field for name
Field for description
Field across page for price

It would be good if the fields could be moved and dropped
2 pages A4

I can send copy of my old list.

Let me know if this is something you can do or have done before. My version of Excel is very old :(
