Wedding info letter to look nice (to go inside invitations!)

Design details: Hello - I have drafted on word (see below) wedding information - along with a PDF of route and map - I would like them to be "prettified" so I can print them in a style similar to the invites - please see below - I would like this work completed today.

I would like all of the info to flow, maybe add in a touch of fun and for maps/directions to look integral.
