Website mockup, & copywriting

I;d like to provide a freelancer with a google doc with a project proposal, a folder of logo assets and a map of the site and I'd like a visual mockup of a hypothetical site. just as images. Will also involve a bit of copywriting the convert the project proposal into a good landing page.

Will probably be 4 or 5 pages
