Website mascot

Information for the business: Teenage learning platform

Design details: eduvee is an online learning platform for kids aged 13-18 to use at home to study school subjects (initially science) for the purposes of revision, catchup, research, information reference or to test themselves.

We require a mascot that we will call ‘eduvee’ to be used around the website (www.eduvee.com) to communicate to the users. Various aspects of the site’s styling is being tweaked, however overall theme and colours will remain and the mascot must match.

We are not yet wedded to a specific character or animal and can leave it open, however if you need direction, you can design a squirrel. The mascot may include the themes of: science, studying, technology, acorns, etc. Attached are sample squirrels that I’ve found online but they are more complicated than our required design (the red one is most like what we are after).

Requirements for the mascot:-
- 2D style only to match website
- Not outlined
- Incorporate circular logo somewhere
- Use eduvee colour palette (where possible)
- Be able to show emotions in some way:
- To include: Happy, Sad, Confused, Normal
- Not childish
- Be friendly
- Provided in ai format or equivalent

The best example of what we are after is the latest Duolingo owl as it has a very clean design and the large block elements would work well on eduvee.

In order to apply, you must:
- log into www.eduvee.com to understand how the mascot could be used on the learning platform
- Provide previous examples of very simple 2D designs
- Preferably a sketch of your proposed design or the basis of the design
