Website graphics for new Magento CE Store

i am launching a new site ASAP and the slider/rotating ads as well as static ads the developer did are not good. I am looking to launch 3-5 new sites and they will have the same layout but totally different theme and product lines. I am referring to the rotating banner as well as the 3 smaller graphics below that AND the Free Shipping if you scroll to the bottom. I would prefer to hire 1 person for this and be able to use the same person for the following sites. I need to know how many hours you estimate for creating the 7 graphics (3 slider, 3 smaller, free shipping) for the above site so I can estimate how much it will cost.

FYI, the actual database is not loaded yet. Those are just a small sample of products there now.
