We would like a 60 second video creating for a website using exisiting video content

We would like a 60 second video creating for our new website to sit on the home page. We have video content available and have selected rough sections of the clips which we would like combined in to one 60 second video.

In terms of video size, we need the resolution / ratio to be 16:9. In terms of file size our web developer will compress it before it's uploaded and they will add the overlay.

No music or voiceover required. We are looking for a silent video please.
