We need a multi page A4 Adobe InDesign Template

Design details: Hi,

We have a series of training modules that we are selling, and we need a template to ensure a strong family resemblance.

The A4 template will allow us to drop content into the Adobe InDesign template and needs to have the following pages:

Cover Page (including module title and company logo).
Summary page - brief description of what’s included in the module and how it fits with others.
Checklist / templates
Body (Header - Module title. Footer - Contact details, url. Main text - text boxes).
Back Page - Summary of other modules available, MNB logo and contact details.

Our logo and a sample module is attached. Please email me with any questions and samples of similar work.
