Velantines Sldier for website

We are looking for a slider for Valentines to attract website users to click on to see our valentines ranges, needs to be in the syle of our brand etc and fit to our current slider sizes.
Please advise what you can offer and a cost along with what we will get for that cost, and if youre happy with 50% upfront and the remainder on completion of a signed off project?

Also how many revisions can we have?
