Vector Illustration of Hotel

Hello, I need a vector illustrator of the attached Hotel Image. It needs to be created at same angle as the photo some can be redrawn over the top and then the style guide design, screenshots attached applied to it. So buildings would be blue, roads grey etc.. Need this back today. If I get the desired effect I am looking for this will be on going work.

Please provide some examples of illustrations created in Adobe Illustrator.
