URGENT: Simple InDesign newspaper layout job

Design details: Inspired by Sir Ken Robinson's No 1 TED talk we are launching an education charity to inspire children with creativity. Google STEAM Co.

We've been asked to run a major feature at the Sunday Times Festival of Education at Wellington Collage next week.

#INSPIRANATION will be a massive marquee with 20 creative thinking and doing activities and a central stage. We have various guest speakers doing talks to the children, from pop stars (Simply Red band members) and engineers to Mr Brunel and Dame Julia Cleverdon who runs Business in the Community for Prince Charles. Sir Peter Bazalgette of the Arts Council just agreed to do a talk to the kids called ‘Who needs art or engineering’.

We want to publish an 8pp tabloid newspaper through Newspaper Club and need help laying it out.

I did a similar project for a client recently which worked really well. In the end I taught myself InDesign and did it myself.

I am too busy this time - can/will you help set up the templates and put the basic content in. Can you add value to the design process?

I attach a rough layout of where it's at at the moment and a current marketing document to define the look and feel

We know good design and have standards, tho are doing what we can ourselves until we raise funding so only do this if you know what you are doing and have a passion for what we are trying to do and really want to help us.

Please send me 4-6 bullet points only telling me what you think of what we're trying to do, assure us of your ability and experience and availability. Needs to be done for 11am GMT tomorrow (Weds). You will have all the rough spreads and assets later today but can start with this.
