Tri-fold portfolio

I'm looking for a infograph or graphic designer to make a : 4x4 (in) trifold. My grand-ma passed away last week and I need this trifold to be printed out. It consist of 3 images on both sides (actually only 5.... with text). I'll need some touch-up on some pictures but nothing complicated....

I have a deadline ...I need to send to print by Sunday July 14th. I'll need all correction done by then.
