To prepare files under indesign from english version to spanish version

Design details: Hello,

We have 3 documents made with indesign in english and we have the spanish text in a word file and we need to get a graphic designer to change the english text in spanish text in the 3 documents.
I send you the PDF file which have to be managed but we will send you in a second step the indesign file.
So the job must be done under indesign.
I send you an example of one document with the pdf enlgish version and the spanish word file.

I need a quote and the job done asap
Content on the front/back side and body: everything is in the document
Ideas for the visual style: the same than the document sent
Extra notes: Just need to copy paste the spanish text at the right location in the right place to replace english version
