Text made into a visual/reader friendly brochure

I need about 11 pages of text turned into a visually/reader friendly PDF brochure to send out to clients informing them about my service. I have it all written and in sections exactly as I want it but it is quite a lot of information and I want it to be presented as simply and clearly as possible. I might also include a small photo or illustration and would be willing to take suggestions. I don't think this should take very long as I want a simple presentation. Many thanks
