Tattoo - owl, skull and moth

I hope you are well.

I wanted to ask if you can help me with a new tattoo design I am looking into getting?

I am getting it on my upper thigh, probably about 22cm width and 22cm length length.

I would love for it to include an owl that is almost sitting into a skull, and a moth to be under its chin.

I want it black and white, and to all flow together nicely. I want it detailed and bold, and needs to be manly. Cute is definitely not the look I’m going for here.

I LOVE Mandala, specially dot work, so would love for it to somehow incorporate this into it as well. Maybe around in the background? Not sure. Would love your ideas and input on this.

How long would it something like this take you (hours) and how soon can you get it to me?
