Tattoo design for my leg

I've got 4 pictures that i've put together, also have the originals. i was going to ask if you could redraw them in the same frame but add a nice boarder gap like a manga/comic book if that makes sense :3
and just to merge the backgrounds into 1 so there not so out of place. this will be wrapped around the calf of my leg. and if possible a black/white copy just to see if it'd still look nice. let me know what you think and if it's up your alley (: thank you!
