T-shirt prints

Hello Beautiful PPH

I'm looking for a graphic designer who can create two designs for a print. This print will feature on a tote bag and a t-shirt. I also need a poster created also.

Brief one
The slogan is as followed:
"I am a whole ocean"
I would like you to create a glitch design using the above slogan. I attached a few references (labelled ocean)
To be a white background with text in a cobalt blue.
Size to be A4 meaurement so 21 x 27cm

Brief two
The slogan is as followed:
"Waves"
As its one word I was think a repeat pattern also glitched would look good.
Text to be outline instead of solid
to be a white background with text in a light blue.
Size to be A4 meaurement so 21 x 27cm

Brief three
poster with the following texts:
"object to subject"
"A subject is an observer and an object is a thing observed."
I also love the cubes in motion if we could create something like that, perhaps with a sphere or cube I'm not to precious about it.
