I need a sub brand creating for three open programmes I am launching for my business.
They need to look like they fit with my overall company brand - I can provide brand bible and access to logo etc

They will be used on Eventbrite, social media (mainly linked in) and possibly in a flyer/postcard type campaign

The three open programmes are

Mindful Leadership - Cultivate clarity and courage through meditation for leaders and managers

Empowered Leadership - Unlock the potential in others through coaching

Engaged Cultures - Improve performance through employee engagement

(I'm open to a tweak on the wording too)

Good question. I usually commission work internally for one client (in-house programmes) but I'm experimenting with open programmes... my motivation is that they become a good way of doing business development. Raising the profile about what we offer (which is mainly leader development - a common sense no bullshit approach). So the key measure would be tickets sold (a waiting list even)and extending visibility to new clients (ideally SME in size) that we can cross sell in house programmes to
