Structural Engineer to attend occasional site visits in London

Design details: We are a Design and Build company based in SW4 with clients all over London. We require a Structural Engineer to attend occasional site visits and conduct a written report or additional / altered structural calculations depending on the findings of the site visits. The general purpose for the site visits is fairly repetitive and can be checking cracks from building work and reporting or advising on there relevance to the structure of the building, checking foundations details with a trial pit, checking underpinning etc. I have included a pfd report of the kind of thing we would be after.

The site visits are occasional and this isn't an ad for a site visit in particular, however we would like to have someone on hand to attend these visits when we get in touch. They vary in frequency but can be 3 to 4 times a month. We would propose a set fee of £150 for any location which would include the site visit and findings.
