Design details: I am after a template for vinyl stickers. I need a Foot Ruler measurement and Cm Ruler that can be reversed.
The Foot ruler is to be 7ft long with 5.5cm at each foot, 4.5cm for 6 inch mark between foot and 3.5cm at the inch mark between foot marks.
The CM ruler is 220cm long with 4.5cm line at every 10 cm and 3.5 cm every 2 cm.
I need numbers on the rulers in Times New Roman but also changable in the future.
