Sleeve Tattoo design

I would like a half sleeve (upper arm) which leaks into the chest, tattoo design with a pirate theme.

My idea includes a galleon sailing away from a message in a bottle towards a skull island.

Skull Island
- Smybolises heaven
- The skull would have it's mouth open to let the ship through to heaven
- a red "Z" on a black star on the skulls forehead

Message in the bottle
- Floating in the sea
- "It's just a ride!!!" can be read through the bottle on the paper

This tattoo has a personal meaning for me but I'd rather not explain that on here unless you really need it. However, I'd like the theme to be dark and full of shadows/shade so it has depth to it and looks 3D.
