Sketch up of a living room

Hello
I am an interior designer and looking for a quality sketch up of this room as stage 1. Please only sketch up the bare bones of the room and include no furniture. Once this is done I will send images and dimensions of furniture to go inside (1 L shaped sofa, 1 coffee table, 1 chair, 2 rugs, 1 desk). See rough sketch with dimensions attached and a few photos of the room as it currently stands (only draw up to the archway)
