Sketch up model of plan

I need a sketch up model of this proposed remodel of a house in Skerries, Dublin. A basic model will help to start with. Could you please draw the two options for the stairs in the mezzanine area. One is a circular stairs (image to send) and the second is illustrated on the plan and is the clients preferred. I can't seem to send the additional drawings but can send shortly.
