Sketch File - needed for iPad design for iPad mini

We have an app, I need to add to the existing sketch file to add a new section "Holiday Clubs" and 4 new forms.
Artwork required by Monday. Will attach final form upon awarding job (text only form 6 questions) and supply zip of sketch file. Set up for iPad Mini 5

On Side Nav under Session Form add “Holiday Clubs” and give the following options.
• Register
• Support Check List
• Support Evaluation
• Accident Forms
• Kid’s Feedback Forms

State “All forms must be completed by 3:15pm on the final day of the club - please tick this box to confirm your forms are complete.” Tick Box

A- Register – example attached. A register can have 35-70 students on it, with a waiting list of 20
• Club Venue, Date and capacity at the top
• Tick for present, Cross for absent
• Children from waiting lists can be added and removed to the live register
• On register give option to view consent form (application) In a modal display this for a that specific child only…

6. Kid’s feedback forms
the Staff at the holiday clubs, from their staff portal, can open a feedback form that’s on the website for the kids to complete an online feedback form, the portal will be open for 2 hours for them to complete and will have a universal password, for that individual for that club and set by the support.
