Simple banner design for my website

Design details: Please see below link, the banner is to replace what you can currently see (This is the size I require)

See attached for the 2 colours, they need to look they are part of the site

1. One to be dark blue with white text
1. One to be white white with blue text

The banner must have the logo to the left
Then to the right centred to stand out needs to be the words CAR FINANCE

I may later require more designs, this is a very simple design on this occasion so this is reflected in the price.
