Short book on breadmaking

Writer needed for a short book on breadmaking. Hello and thank you for you interest in this project. I would like to have a short book written on bread making. The book starts by a general explainer on how breads are made. This is followed by another short explainer on home bread making. We follow that by introducing as many as possible different types of bread recipes (min 7, max 30) for home breadmaking. - communication Let’s agree on the overall outline first and I will leave the rest to your capable hands (fingers)- ------ deliverable completed book on the topic, PDF, Word document

Format: normal size book, e.g. 22x15cm page size. At least one photo per recipe.
