Sell Sheet Design

As a freelance product developer I am trying to promote a new toy product and require a sell sheet brochure to communicate my idea to prospective toy manufacturers.

I need a sell sheet to fit the tone and style of the examples I have provided. I want the manufacturer to see it and think "Wow! that looks great and will fit in with our existing line of products".

The toy is an eight leg running machine that can move fast (a fast human walk), climb small obstacles (bumpy ground) and creepy realistic biological movement.

The sell sheet is for the manufacturer to read but they represent the target customers which are (mostly) boys aged been 10 and 14 who are excited by mechanical and dangerous/creepy things.

Elements.jpg is my own attempt at creating a sell sheet. I have provided this to show the elements you need to include:

Title: Hakana
Bi-line: Run Wild!
Statement: Eight Leg All-Terrain Running Creature
Video: icon, url and password
Icons: Bio + Tech
Picture: Hands with controller (boys hands)
Text: Contact Info
Text: Confidential - Patent Pending
Graphics: spider toy
Graphics: exciting background and layout elements

When the job is started I will provide the hi-res 3d rendering of the spider toy.

Body copy text (not the title) should be based on a Google open font.

Must include at least 2 revisions.


Output
1x A4 print quality (200dpi minimum)
Final outputs .tif for PC

Final output .tif to exclude text. (So that I can import the background into MS Word and change the text and add links )
