School photography proof sheet template

Design details: To speed up my school photography presentation, I require a template creating ( A bit like a wedding album template with a drag and drop where the images resizes it self to the mask) The proof sheet iS 8in by 6in and is landscape in format it needs to have two lines of text top left which can be altered. then three image masks one below the text to hold an image portrait 12.5cm high and then two landscape to the right one above the other long edge 8.5cm ( the masks needs to have a copyright symbol over the image as a layer
