Sales/Marketing Leaflets

I have a small crafts teaching business which has been running a few months. I have had lots of interest from both individuals and organisations the latter requesting that I send out leaflets showing the range of classes I can provide with examples prices etc. This project would be to design/write a general sales/information leaflet intially, but I have plans for 3 others, a full brochure, webcopy for other classes being drafted and more if the right person applies.
Because the website only shows a small proportion of our capabilities some customers walk away assuming we can't provide what they need. When I produce the leaflets they don't give the professional image I'm trying to project. I have two open days planned (27th Feb and 22nd May) which will be very good promotionally but could miss the mark if the visitors don't have decent literature to take away with them. I have many photos some taken professionally some photoshop'd by myself, copy from the website for some of the work but what I need is something that conveys the 'just ask and we'll try to meet the challenge' kind of a message. I need someone who will take a small amount of time to understand what we do before launching into production and give my business the boost it needs.
