Rewrite Instruction Manual for a Kitchen Appliance

We are a manufacturer of a kitchen appliance. The instruction manual that comes with it is quite poor, the grammar is incorrect and it has spelling mistakes. We are looking for someone with good writing skills to rewrite the manual. The manual is not complex, it is approx 8 pages long with another 4 pages of image diagrams. This below is an example of what we are looking to achieve. The writer should maybe look for the instructions that came with their own appliance such as toaster, kettle, microwave etc for inspiration.
