Rework this "Smart Art"

I require a piece of very simple smart art to be slightly modified. The existing smart art is attached. I only have it in the format that is provided. There is no vector or hi-res version available. I require two modifications to the smart art:

1. Rearrange the three outside circles so that two are at the top and one at the bottom.
2. Add two additional dotted arrows from the two top circles, pointing to the bottom circle.

Attached is a sketch of how the outer circles should be arranged and where the new dotted lines should be.
