Resume and Cover letter design

This job is for resume updating and design for my sister. I will be paying for it but would like you to work directly with her. We'd like a cover letter as well.

She needs her resume brought into the 21st century. I would love to see a resume for her that more visual interest is eye catching and not so traditional.
