Reset button for exsisting flash As2 project

I have created coding and graphics for a simple infographic. I have cut and pasted then adapted the coding and everything works well, however it is beyond me to be able to reset it.

Description: On a single page there are 27 dragable movieClips that change colour depending on which of the 4 target area they land on - Done (well some of them but proven). If they are not on a target they return to there original position - Done. Where I'm baffled is getting a reset button to work so that all the clips positioned on target return back to their original position on a click. I would also quite like 4 other buttons that reset just a specific target area.

The file contains Kievit font, I'm just looking for code not a finished file.
