Refresh the design of a 25-page InDesign business proposal

I am looking for an experienced visual designer who can take a plain 25-30 page InDesign business proposal and experiment with the design, using our detailed brand guidelines to create something more visually interesting.

I can provide details of our brand and upload the document for you to look at once we begin discussing.

It is currently mostly headings, subheadings and body copy - roughly 8,000 words. We will likely need some custom diagrams designing, too.

Looking for extremely quick turnaround - it is 7:15pm London time now, and I am hoping to have this complete in the next 5-6 hours.
