Redesign and Upgrade 1 page PPT into a stylish PDF

Design details: We have put together a crude and basic 1 page PPT that we would like re-designing into a more attractive PDF. The document serves as an introduction to a International Kindergarten Program for potential Chinese investors and includes 3 parts.

1.)Intro of Kindergarten brand - Little Acorn
2.)Pictures of modern/international kindergartens.
3.)Table of costs and timeline.

Document contains Chinese text as well as English. Little Acorn is the translated name of the Kindergarten Program, Xiao Xiang Zi is the Pinyin Chinese name.

We are not adverse to a complete redesigning and colour change of the document. We have only used some of the features of Power Point to give an example.
Number of pages needed: 1
Content on the front/back side and body: as per attached PPT
Ideas for the visual style: Brand Name = (Little Acorn) so: nature / children / playful
Preferred colors: yellow and red are the colours from the logo but all colours are acceptable. (except Black and White together)
Extra notes: borders around the page could be good, as could more using the logo more.
Should your bid be chosen you will also become the first choice designer for all future Little Acorn branded design including posters, brand manuals, parent handbooks etc.
