Description
Experience Level: Entry
Information for the business: A charity that helps local communities
Design details: The Make It Happen campaign is all about giving power to the people, uniting them and showing them that they can make changes within their community, driven by what they want and need.
WE WANT 2 DESIGNS TO CHOSE FROM
We are not helping them, they are helping themselves. These banners need to say “Make It Happen” and include the CIB logo and phone number 0300 111 1250 in small print. Make it happen needs to be the main feature of the banner, not the logo or phone number. Stylistically we are fairly flexible. We would like something which is welcoming, friendly, perhaps which looks like it was handwritten. Colourful is good but we are shying away from any imagery or anything which is too quaint or cheesy. Simple, powerful and driven is what we are aiming for.
Target audience: Very broad
Messages to communicate through the design: This is a very subtle launch communication - so we just want to convey the statement 'make it happen' and inspire the community to open up and dictate what changes they would like to make.
Ideas for the visual style: Keep it v simple.
Things to avoid: images - we don't want to infer anything at this stage
Urls to draw inspiration from: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=make+it+happen&rlz=1C1VFKB_enGB600GB601&es_sm=93&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAWoVChMI_v3ToJyjxwIVyX8aCh2qHQlX&biw=1366&bih=667#imgrc=VgqFXJkCjHrHLM%3A
Extra notes: The font we have used in other campaigns is WoodCabin. We like this.
