Ps Sock template, Pic for reference.

I need someone to do a job for me on Photoshop.

Basically I sell socks online and make a lot of designs, All my stock pictures for my products are real I take them my self and upload them into my store, Doing this takes too much time and that's where I need your help.

So basically I want someone to make me a template on Ps so I can just grab any picture and place it on top of the template so it looks like i myself too the pic. Something like the pic attached but just the template with the effects so I can just put any picture for ex: the galaxy stars on the pic.
