Design details: We send out proposals in PDF format and want a generic designed PDF template for front and back covers and middle report pages.
We are commercial property agents/consultants (lease office space) so outlines of popular london buildings/offices with background colour might work.
We want to leave space to add title, clients logo, date on front cover but also have our logo somewhere.
