Proposal design

I need a proposal designed over the weekend ideally ready to send out on Monday. Are you able to do this? I don't have instructions of a layout as that is up to you...just something that looks profressional and corporate. It would be nice to perhaps to implement a theme based around Digital banking/payments and I'll provide the company logo. The current version is about 30 pages spaced out but can be shortened.
