Property particulars

I require someone to design a set of property particulars using the wording and images I supply. The particulars should be a single sheet probably double sided.

Background information: I have a yard located next to the M25 which I wish to pre-let to a vehicle recovery firm.
The site is an old road/highway and is currently vacant and does not have planning permission to be used for commercial purposes. I wish to find a tenant/business who will work with myself to gain planning consent and then take a lease.

The site's main selling point is it proximity to junction 24 of the M25, despite only being 100 meters from the junction the site is well screened by mature trees. The site was formally occupied by Saunders Recovery as part of the widening of the M25.
