Promotional product flyer for dog bed company

My company sells dog/pet beds and would like to include a circular sized flyer with the products to instruct our customers to visit our website and also follow us on social media. I am including an example of a competitors version so you can design something similar.

The flyer must include reference to our website www.TheCosyPetCompany.com
The flyer must ask customers to upload a picture of their dog to Instagram and tag us @thecosypetcompany to have their pet featured on our website.
The flyer should show the Instagram logo and facebook logo.
