Professional Healthcare Flowchart Design

I am looking for a designer to create a clean, modern, and professional flowchart for a care home pharmacy communication process.

This flowchart will be used by care home staff, so it must be very clear, easy to follow, and visually well-structured. It should follow a healthcare-style design using blue and green colours, with a simple top-to-bottom layout and no confusing or overlapping lines.

The flowchart will include:

A central decision point: “Is the query urgent?”
Two pathways (Urgent and Non-Urgent)
A clear backup step if the main phone line is busy
A central “Out of Hours” section
A final section for reorder instructions

All content, wording, and a reference layout will be provided (including a sketch and example design). The designer should refine this into a polished, professional visual.

Consistent spacing and alignment
No crossing or confusing lines
